Payment
Payment for your items is accepted through Paypal and is required upon ordering. This include custom orders as well.
Tax is applied to those customers residing in the state of Arizona only.
We do offer local pickup on a case by case basis. We ask that before placing your order you contact us via e-mail ([email protected]) for details.
Shipping
Any ready-made items will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the time of order.
Custom orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping. This can vary item to item and would be communicated with you at the time of purchase.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number.
All orders are shipped through USPS First-Class Shipping unless otherwise indicated or arranged by the seller and customer.
We gladly combine shipping for multiple items. Shipping is $7.95 plus $1 for each item thereafter. The discounted shipping charge of $1 will only be applied when items are purchased in the same transaction.
International Shipping:
At this time we do not offer International Shipping but again can be arranged on a case by case basis.
Refunds & Exchanges
There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on an CUSTOM orders. These items are made to your specifications (Size, color, etc). We have an open door policy on everything and most importantly on Custom Orders. Please send as many e-mails as it takes to ensure you are getting the item you want. We want our customers to be happy and enjoy their items!
On Ready-Made items, EXCHANGE ONLY will be considered on a case by case basis. Our descriptions of our ready-made items include size charts and detailed photos and descriptions to ensure once again you are confident in your purchase and what you are getting.
